Cooper
Marquis is the Senior Pastor of Otter Creek Community Church in Little Rock, AR. He holds a B.A. degree in Elementary Education from Philander Smith College, and a M.Ed degree in Counselor Education from UA Little Rock. He is a licensed counselor for grades K-12 in the states of Arkansas and Tennessee. Presently he serves as a school counselor at Don Roberts Elementary in the Little Rock School DIstrict.
